The same business question can require very different levels of investigation depending on the situation.
Scope is adapted to the question
A mission may focus on one decision, process, use case, supplier or risk—or examine a much broader part of the business.
The recommendation may be to do less
The right conclusion can be to use existing software, simplify the process, wait, reduce the scope or take no further action.
ActiveHub does not implement the technology
If the recommendation requires development, configuration or installation, that work remains separate from ActiveHub.
The mission is complete when you have the clarity and recommendation you commissioned—not when ActiveHub has created another project for itself.
Found something close to your situation?
Your question does not need to match one of these examples exactly.
Tell us what is happening in your business, what you are trying to decide or improve, and where you need independent expertise.
We will help determine the appropriate next step and, where needed, define the scope before you commit.
