Privacy Notice

Active Hub LLC, operating under the ActiveHub brand, is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

Enquiries

When you use the enquiry form, we collect:

• Required: your name, business name, email address and message.
• Optional: business size, the engagement you are interested in, your website and timing.

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and message, and your business name if you provide it.

We also receive the information you choose to send us by email, including in reply to an enquiry. Please do not include passwords or unnecessary confidential or sensitive information.

Enquiries are delivered by email. ActiveHub does not store them in a website database.

Client work

If you become a client, we process the business contact details, correspondence, documents and records reasonably needed to carry out and administer the engagement.

Technical information

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process basic technical information needed to deliver and secure activehub.tech, such as IP addresses, request and browser information, and security and server logs. ActiveHub does not use website analytics.

The contact and enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect against spam and automated abuse. To distinguish legitimate visitors from automated traffic, Cloudflare may process technical and security information about your browser, device and connection, such as your IP address.

Booking and payment

Online consultation booking is not currently available. If it is made available, scheduling information may be processed through Calendly and payment information through PayPal.

Payment-card details would be entered with the payment provider, not on activehub.tech. ActiveHub would receive only the information needed to confirm and administer the booking and payment, such as the booking details, amount and payment status.

We use personal information to:

• respond to enquiries and send enquiry acknowledgements;
• discuss, provide and administer consulting services;
• manage correspondence with clients and prospective clients;
• keep necessary business, contractual and accounting records;
• operate and protect the website;
• manage consultation scheduling and payment, if online booking is enabled; and
• comply with applicable legal obligations.

ActiveHub does not sell personal information and does not use it for advertising, profiling, marketing campaigns or automated decision-making.

ActiveHub uses service providers to operate the website, email and related business processes:

• Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure;
• Resend — enquiry and acknowledgement emails;
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot and spam protection for website forms;
• Proton — business email.

If online consultation booking is enabled, Calendly would be used for scheduling and PayPal for payment processing.

Some providers operate internationally and may process information in countries other than where you are located. Providers handle information under their own contractual, privacy and security arrangements.

We may also share information with professional advisers, or where disclosure is required by law.

We normally keep:

• general enquiries for up to 12 months after the last contact;
• substantive discussions with prospective clients for up to 24 months after the last contact;
• core client records and correspondence for up to 3 years after the engagement ends;
• accounting and financial records for up to 6 years;
• records of data-protection requests for up to 3 years; and
• infrastructure and security logs only as long as reasonably required, according to provider and configuration needs.

Information may be kept longer where reasonably required for a legal, contractual or dispute-related reason.

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights relating to your personal information, such as asking for access, correction or deletion, or objecting to certain uses.
