Terms of Use

Last updated

These Terms apply to your use of activehub.tech, which is operated by Active Hub LLC, operating under the ActiveHub brand, and to information you submit through it.

Consulting engagements are governed by the scope, fee and terms agreed for each engagement.

Who we are

Active Hub LLCOperating under the ActiveHub brandRegistration no. 404589450Rustavi Highway n°19, #3Krtsanisi DistrictTbilisi, Georgia

ActiveHub's services are intended for businesses and for people acting in a business, trade or professional capacity. If ActiveHub expressly agrees to provide services to a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Our consulting services

ActiveHub provides independent consulting expertise on AI, automation, technology choices, suppliers, risk and related business decisions.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, ActiveHub does not develop software for clients, install software, configure or deploy systems, or operate technology on a client's behalf.

Recommendations may include proceeding, investigating further, simplifying, deferring, using existing tools or not proceeding.

Using this website

You may use activehub.tech for lawful purposes. You must not knowingly:

  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
  • introduce malware or other harmful material;
  • use automated requests in a way that materially disrupts the website;
  • abuse or attempt to circumvent the enquiry system; or
  • submit fraudulent or deceptive information.

ActiveHub may restrict access or take other reasonable measures to protect the website, its systems, users or business.

Website information and examples

Content on activehub.tech is general information. It is not a recommendation for your particular business and may not reflect later changes in technology, suppliers, products or regulation.

Example deliverables and their PDFs are illustrative examples, not client work, and do not constitute advice for any particular visitor or business.

Where specialist legal, tax, accounting, cybersecurity or other regulated professional advice is needed, it should be obtained from an appropriate specialist.

Enquiries and engagements

Submitting an enquiry or requesting an AI Expert Consultation does not by itself create a consulting engagement, confirmed booking or payment obligation. An acknowledgement email confirms receipt only.

A consulting engagement begins only when the scope, fee and relevant terms have been agreed, for example in a proposal or by email. Those agreed terms take precedence over general website information where they differ.

Prices

The website may show fixed prices, “From” prices and tailored fixed-fee proposals.

  • A “From” price is a starting price, not a quote for every engagement.
  • Website prices may be updated from time to time.
  • The price that applies to an engagement is the amount agreed, or shown when the engagement or booking is confirmed. A later website change does not alter a price already agreed.

Where a price is paid through an online booking process, the amount shown there is the total charged by ActiveHub, including any tax ActiveHub is required to collect. For other engagements, applicable taxes are identified before the engagement is agreed. Any tax obligation that falls directly on the client remains the client's responsibility.

AI Expert Consultation

The AI Expert Consultation is a 60-minute paid consultation currently priced at €350.

When online booking is not available, a visitor may request a consultation through the enquiry form. A request is not a confirmed booking.

If online booking is made available, a consultation booked through that process is confirmed only after the required booking and payment steps have been completed. Scheduling and payment may be handled by external providers under their own terms.

Any cancellation, rescheduling or refund conditions that apply to a consultation will be shown during the relevant booking process or otherwise agreed before the booking is confirmed.

Professional judgement

ActiveHub provides analysis, recommendations and professional judgement based on the information available at the time. Recommendations do not guarantee a particular commercial, technical, financial or regulatory outcome.

The client remains responsible for its own final business decisions and implementation choices.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of activehub.tech, including its text, branding, layout, graphics, methodologies, example deliverables and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Active Hub LLC.

You may view the website, link to its public pages, quote limited extracts with appropriate attribution, and use its information internally for ordinary business evaluation.

Without permission, you may not:

  • reproduce substantial parts of the website;
  • republish website content as your own;
  • commercially exploit website materials;
  • remove ownership or attribution notices; or
  • use ActiveHub's branding in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation or authority that does not exist.

Ownership and use of deliverables created for a client engagement are governed by the terms of that engagement. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their owners.

Third-party services and availability

activehub.tech may link to websites or services operated by third parties. They are responsible for their own content, availability, terms and privacy practices, and a link does not mean ActiveHub endorses them.

ActiveHub may update, correct, suspend or remove website content without notice and does not promise that the website will always be available without interruption or error.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ActiveHub is not responsible for loss arising solely from treating general website information as a client-specific recommendation, or for third-party websites or services it does not control.

Liability relating to a consulting engagement is governed by the terms agreed for that engagement.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, or affects any right or remedy, that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Notice. Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Notice.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that cannot lawfully be excluded, the courts of Georgia have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the use of activehub.tech.

A consulting engagement may contain its own governing-law or dispute provisions, which apply to that engagement. Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory right to bring a claim before another competent court or authority.

Changes and contact

ActiveHub may update these Terms when the website, services, legal requirements or business practices change. Changes apply from publication unless another date is stated, and do not by themselves amend an engagement already agreed. The date at the top of the page shows when these Terms were last updated.

Questions about these Terms can be sent using the contact form.
